I’ve been using Tenobet for February, and I figure I’ve got enough history to actually comment. Found it off a mate who wanted somewhere with half-decent slot coverage without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ titles going by the counter, with the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in on the football, nothing special.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Check the playthrough before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet casino before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took about three minutes.
Payments have been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — took about two days to approve my ID, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, but slow.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but an app would be nicer. Logging in can be a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
